4. Open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, IoM, RoI, aged 18 or over except employees and their immediate families of VisitScotland Ltd., their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
5. Prize fund includes 2 nights bed and breakfast accommodation for 2 people sharing in The Woodland Lodge at Enterkine Country House, Sunday to Thursday nights only.  Free full day of activities for 2 people at the Arran Adventure Company, winner can choose preferred activities from those available but these are all dependent on the season and weather conditions. Free tandem paraglide for 2 people at Flying Fever, subject to weather conditions.  Free one day spa pass for 2 at Barcelo Troon Marine Hotel, winner can choose between treatments included in pass only.
6. Prize will also include a £250 Ellis Brigham voucher.
7. Prize includes travel costs to the value of £100 in total and £250 spending money.
8. All activities will be organised with the prizewinner once a date has been selected for the break.
9. One winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by an independent party on 07.07.08
10. Only one entry per household.
11. Entries from third parties, agencies or sent in bulk will be declared invalid and void.
12. No responsibility can be taken for lost, delayed or non-transmitted entries.
13. Prizewinner will be notified within 28 days of the closing date.
14. Prize is as stated and no cash alternative is available.

16. All aspects of the prize are subject to availability and date restrictions may apply.
17. In the event of circumstances outside its control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value.
