1. This application is for a half-day all-terrain adventure for applicants and their guest(s) at any one of the 8 Land Rover Experience centres nationwide. The number of guests that can be accommodated in the vehicle is limited, please enquire when booking.

2. Applicants must be UK residents, over 23 years old, have held a full current driving licence for a minimum of three years and have no more than six penalty points.

3. Anyone who has attended a Drive Experience in the past 12 months will not be eligible.

4. Applicants will be called within 3 to 5 working days to confirm the date and location of the driving experience.

5. There will be a short health and safety briefing prior to the drive.

6. Occupant height restrictions (1.5m minimum) apply. Occupants must be able to use standard seat belts safely, in accordance with UK laws. (The centre is equipped with approved Land Rover Accessories child seats which are subject to availability.)

7. Each applicant and accompanying guest(s) will be required to confirm their health and fitness to participate in off-road driving on the day of the adventure. A disclaimer form must be signed by all parties.

8. Each applicant and their guest(s) will be accompanied at all times.

9. Booking dates are transferable with more than 7 days' notice by calling 0800 655 6465. Cancellation with less than 7 days' notice will result in the offer becoming invalid. If an appointment is cancelled in excess of 7 days, only 2 further alternative appointments will be accommodated.

10. Each applicant and their guest(s) will be responsible for arranging their own transport to and from the Experience centre.

12. Land Rover Experience reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen operational issues or factors beyond its reasonable control.

13. Land Rover Experience Centres decision will be final.

14. Applicants and their guests should bring stout footwear and an appetite for adventure.
