Golf in our inspiring capital

Edinburgh's golfing pedigree goes back hundreds of years but these days golf in the capital is open to all and the same enjoyment can be had whether you're new to the game or a seasoned player.

Whether you are a looking to have your first taste of the national game or looking to sample what makes golf in Scotland so special, Braid Hills Golf Centre and Golf courses are the perfect solution.

Braid Hills Golf Centre has a fantastic driving range, practice area and teaching facilities to hone your game or learn the basics. Add to this a superb practice area and putting green and you have all the ingredients for a great day out. There's also a coffee shop where you can relax and recharge with some tea and cake.

Braid Hills Golf Courses offer some of the most stunning panoramic views of Edinburgh you'll ever see. There's the 18-hole Braids No1 course that offers a fair test of golf at a very reasonable cost, or for a more relaxed experience this 9-hole course is specifically suited for juniors and people who are new to the game. Situated on the Braid Hills, it's the perfect place to enjoy an hour or so of great golf.
