Kinnaird Hotel, Restaurant and Sporting Estate, an intimate Relais & Châteaux property, set in 7,000 acres of dramatic Perthshire country side hosts authentic cultural and culinary experiences. Guests have the choice of staying in the eighteenth century Main House or self catering Estate Cottages. Kinnaird’s 2009 event season celebrates the fine experiences of a fine house in a fine land.
Food and Beverage Manger Max Schaeflein’s extensive knowledge guarantees hospitality in its truest form – the enjoyment of fine food and fine wine in the company of like-minded individuals and friends. Head Chef Jean-Baptiste Bady - recently named Scottish Chef of the Year 2009 - creates unique menus to match the selection of wines chosen for the events hosted by specialists.
Michel Janneau, the Managing Director of Louis Roederer, will host an opportunity to experience vintage Cristal in April. The Burgundy Dinner in June promises to be an evening of pure pleasure in the company of the legendary raconteur and main wine buyer for Justerinii & Brooks, Hugh Blair.
Dining in the elegant three AA Rosette restaurant, guests are surrounded by historic Arabesques from 1860 and views over the Estate. Complemented by an international wine cellar, each meal using ingredients from Scotland’s natural larder, is a celebration.
